V clean, great shower, basic so really only for those who are out all day and just need somewhere to lay your head.

Convenient. Perfect for one person, who just needs a place to sleep or rest.

The bed was a small double. Would have been better with an over sized duvet. Not easy to unload or load a vehicle up.

Convenient for a short stay

It’s location was great and it was easy to find. It was clean. The shower was lovely, hot and powerful. I liked the pint of milk left for tea and coffee.

Couldn’t use the TV as no terrestrial channels seemed to work. I’m glad I had my iPad. Minor things, but the biggest towel was too small. I wasn’t a fan of the textured duvet cover.

A pleasant and comfortable stay in Newlyn

Safe location within neighbourhood. Very short walk to Newlyn Harbour. Easy check in/check out facility. Shops/ Cafe/ Bar located within a couple of minutes walk. It was helpful to have a mini fridge suitable for a 1 pint of milk size vessel and tea/coffee/kettle and a few bowls. The bed was comfortable and the shower was always warm when required at the start and end of the day. No issues with WiFi and access to a tv in the property. The hosts provided lots of info regarding the local area and places to see around Cornwall and were non-intrusive.

The property is located in a private road just off a hill therefore please take in to consideration when needing to load/unload luggage.
