Расположение-5 минут от центра, все в шаговой доступности.

Нет парковочных мест, окна выходят на стройку, шумно, окна не открыть. Проблемы с центральной системой кондиционирования, когда его включали в нашем номере было очень холодно, ночью замерзали, а в других номерах было жарко если его отключили. А индивидуальный кондиционер не работал. Я заболела после 3 ночи.

What truly makes a hotel memorable isn’t the pillows, the cups or the interior (they are good tho) it’s the people behind it. Elena at reception and Margo, the manager, were genuinely wonderful, warm and effortlessly hospitable. I received a complimentary room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. I know from experience that these things aren’t always easy to arrange, so thank you for that. The location is fantastic, Room 1 was incredibly comfortable and the whole property is beautiful. If you stay here, I’d definitely recommend choosing a room with windows and asking to show their kitchen. This is one of those places in Yerevan that I’ll definitely be coming back to. Thank you for such thoughtful hospitality!

Sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sauber. Eigentlich freundliches Personal.

Leider konnte ich nicht in der ursprünglich gebuchten Unterkunft schlafen, da mein Zimmer wegen eines angeblichen Schadens nicht verfügbar war. Mir wurde dann im Schwesterhotel Pallada ein Zimmer angeboten, das auch die gleiche Rezeption benutzt (die beiden Hotels liegen nebeneinander). Leider war es dort laut und die Metro zu hören und deutlich zu spüren (Metro pausierte leider nur von 0 bis 7 Uhr, Schlaf davor und danach kaum möglich). Bei Nachfrage nach einem anderen Zimmer konnte mir nicht geholfen werden, das sei normal dort. Es sei nun mal so, dass dort die Metro langfährt. Auch in der Unterkunft Ithaca würde man das angeblich hören und spüren und ein Umzug würde nichts bringen und es sei sowieso nichts frei. Bei meiner Beschwerde würde man sich beraten und auf mich zukommen… leider kam nichts.
