Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war fast alles vorhanden. Gefehlt haben nur Schnapsgläser, scharfe Messer, Duschvorleger oben und vielleicht noch eine zusätzliche Pfanne. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf waren ebenfalls gut (Fleischer und Bäcker waren im NahKauf vorhanden).

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind nur eingeschränkt auf der Straße vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Mülltonne im Garagengebäude war überfüllt und man konnte den Müll aus der Wohnung schlecht entsorgen.
