Sijainti OK. Värimaailma: musta-harmaa-valkoinen-vaaleanpunainen on elegantti. Siistissä kunnossa. Pöydän sai isommaksi työskentelyä varten. Autopaikka OK, samoin ensimmäinen kerros, johon tosin portaita, ei luiskaa. Kissa viihtyi mainiosti ja nautti ikkunalla istumisesta. Sänky hyvä. Keittiön varustus varsin hyvä.
Pidempi oleskelu piinallista, koska säilytystiloja ei lainkaan. Muutama koukku ja hengari, ei lipastoa, ei kaappia, tavarat joko kasseissa tai tuoleilla. Kylppärissä ei edes hyllyä, pienen pieni käsipyyhe+kylpypyyhe, ei kasvopyyhettä. Mikro ja keittiön kaapit lyhyelle (160 cm) ihmiselle liian korkealla. Samoin ensiapulaatikko tavoittamattomissa. Voisko hankkia jakkaran? Ohjeet lajittelusta puuttuivat, vain yksi roskis. Jätekatoksessa olisi ollut pahvi-, muovi-, metalli- ym. vaihtoehdot. Lieden ja uunin käyttöohjeita ei ollut. AI auttoi. Tiskikoneohjeet väärät. Jääkaapissa vihanneslaatikon alla paksu jääkerros. Vuokraajan kautta löytyi löytyi ihminen, joka auttoi.
