Location and price. Parking is wonderful for caravans. Loved the heater and electric blankets. Daily servicing was great. I will recommend your Guesthouse.
Needs a small dustbin in the room. The bed no 3 was bit soft for adults.

Lovely maintained property, room was large and comfortable, felt secure.
Water from the bathroom taps smelt like sewerage water, although seemed clean, did not try to taste it. The spa bath did not work. On Arrival we were pleasantly handed the keys at the front door by a young lady whom then rushed off. no explanation on what we were allowed / not allowed to do in this large house. Nobody to speak to the whole weekend? I would suggest a welcome note explaining the parameters off occupation.
