Urban Garden Apartment

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment, which was nicely decorated and located in a great area with the convenience of private garage parking.

However, the host didn’t send any information before our arrival, and I had to contact him first to get the details via Viber. The apartment wasn’t as clean as I expected; for example, the inside of the fridge and the wardrobe seemed only superficially cleaned. Considering the price of 41 euros per night, I also expected at least shampoo or shower gel to be provided in the bathroom, and it would have been nice to have two towels instead of just one per person. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but there is some room for improvement.

Veoma lak dogovor u vezi sa preuzimanjem ključeva. Veoma prilagodljiv domaćin u vezi sa vremenom dolaska, jer smo zbog nekih nepredvidjenih okolnosti kasnili u dolasku.

Nije kritika, ali možda ne bi bilo loše da se obezbedi kafa za dobro jutro. Bio je dobar izbor čajeva, ali pošto sam ipak ljubitelj kafe, to nam je nedostajalo.

Everything was fine: Internet was 100mb/s with good ping Underground secured parking under building. Modern apartment with basic utilities present. Host was friendly, responsive and helpful.

Appartment is nice and new, well equipped, nice location. Host was helpful and check-in and check-out were smooth.

Sorry to write this, but this was my worst experience regarding hygiene in a booked place, the appartment seemed not to be cleaned in a long time :( There were tons of body hair all over the place, especially in the bathroom (floor, shower, furniture) and even in the bed :( There was potato chips and random dirt near the bed. Additionally the pillows had really really bad sweaty odour, so even changing the pillow case didn’t help at all. Please please clean the appartment properly and wash everything thoroughly. And add mattress protector since the bedsheet was directly on the mattress, not hygienic at all.
