Villa Chiena Forio

I loved the tranquility of the place, the view from the balcony, the friendly staff, the village and beaches nearby.

The 10-minute walk to the center was no problem for me, but if you come from a very car-dependent country, you might find it a bit far if you don't have other transportation.

A great view from the terrace and comfortable for the price. It is in a walkable to the Forio village with shops and restaurants but not for people who have limitations (hilly, cobble stones, traffic). Communication was easy and fast with the host. Clean room but the bathroom, especially shower, would need an update. AC worked well.

The bed was very Italian style so super hard that made sleeping difficult and caused pains and also the pillows were hard. We asked if it would be possible to change rooms etc but all the rooms had same mattresses. Soundproofing was bad so you would easily wake up to people unlocking or closing their room doors. A small thing but the lady working at breakfast was coughing a lot and didn’t cover her mouth at all. Overall, given the price the stay was good.

La posizione è veramente bella

la colazione può essere notevolmente migliorata; c'erano sempre le stesse cose; non dico variarla tutti i giorni ma ogni tanto si; buone le torte, le brioches nulla di che
