The entire unit was amazing. Loved the bathrooms and the sizes of the rooms.

Struggled with the internet a little. But that was resolved.

I loved how the apartment is set up and decorated. Feels like a sanctuary just as described. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable. The bathroom is absolute luxurious simplicity. And most of all the location is perfect!

There was absolutely nothing to not like.

The unit was extremely spacious with windows and light. Even the bathrooms were huge with large comfortable bathtubs. The place was very clean. The air conditioners worked well. The location was wonderful. => We were able to walk to the grocery store, a famous monument, etc. They were accommodating by allowing us to drop off luggage early and were as flexible as possible at check out.

I didn't know cash was expected until it was time to pay. I prefer credit card or PayPal. There were some technology issues. First, the WI-FI did not work consistently. They solved that by providing a backup WI-FI to use when ours went down. So that was ok. The remote didn't work for the TV. They replaced the batteries, but it was never resolved. We manually changed the channels on the cable box to find movies. This was inconvenient. The biggest thing was the loss of electricity on the last morning. It stopped before breakfast and never came back on before we checked out. So no cooking. No air conditioning. Also no update on when or if it would be resolved. The main house up front had electricity, but we in the rental did not. I think this place has the potential to be an awesome luxury rental, but they need to work out some details.
