Nádherné místo, hezký penzion i jeho okolí. Jezdíme tam dlouhá léta a je to naše velice oblíbené ubytování v Harrachově. Snídaně úplně v pohodě vzhledem k cenové relaci ubytování. Všude čisto, stylová restaurace v přízemí a bezproblémové parkování přímo u penzionu. Velice příjemný a ochotný pan číšník v restauraci a dobře se tam vaří.
Docela proleželé matrace na pokoji č.4 a televize umístněná v chodbičce a ne na pokoji. A paní, nebo slečna co nás ubytovávala, uvítání to bylo takové docela chladné, až jsme měli pocit, že jí svým příjezdem obtěžujeme. Jen pokyny... kartičku si dejte do auta, hlavně se dole přezouvejte a snídaně jsou do půl desáté.... Stačil by malý úsměv, nic to nestojí a hned by se člověk cítil lépe,

Pyszne śniadanie, kameralny klimat, świetne położenie a przede wszystkim pomocni uśmiechnięci pracownicy. We wspólnej części jest dostępny czajnik natomiast w pokoju dostępna suszarka do włosów (w opisie na booking nie ma). obiekt posiada kilka pokoi, przyjenna wspólna część z sofami, nasz pokój nr 4 niby trzy osobowy jednak składający się z dwóch pomieszczeń był mini salon z sofą.
Brak półeczki w kabinie prysznicowej, mały detal.

Pěkné a čisté pokoje, večeře ala carte moc dobrá, personál ochotný.
Postel s proleželou matrací opravdu špatná, celý den sme potom byli rozlámání. Výběr a kvalita jídla hluboko pod průměrem. Už dlouho sme se tak mizerně nenasnidali.
