Communication with the host and management was slow and not very efficient. Several key amenities were not working upon arrival, including the coffee machine, TV access, and air conditioning. Although assistance was offered, these issues should have been resolved beforehand, and we did not have time to deal with repairs during our stay. It is also worth noting that guests are expected to wash and put back the dishes and take out the rubbish despite a cleaning fee being charged.

La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica, con estacionamiento cercano (De pago), comercios a pocos pasos y una vista privilegiada al cartel de Cannes. El alojamiento es cómodo y práctico para disfrutar de la ciudad.

instrucciones para el wifi y la entrega/devolución de llaves no eran del todo claras, lo que generó algo de confusión. Además, la iluminación en las zonas comunes del edificio es muy limitada; de hecho, uno de mis acompañantes sufrió un pequeño esguince al tropezar en la oscuridad.

The property is huge. Balcony with good view of the old town and the hill. Three working aircon, three TV. Working washing machine and cooker but oven is not working. Secured and quiet place.

The bathroom is always flooding when using the shower. No rug (i asked) so accident prone. The property is on the 3rd floor. There is a lift but can only take 2. So most of the days we take the winding stairs which is bearable. Walking towards the property is kind of inclined but going down to the centre or old town is a dip. The owner/management is so difficult to contact. You message today, you get a reply tomorrow. We arrived at the area and yet no instructions of how to collect keys. She sends weird messages like how to connect to wifi, how to collect keys. But no details at all. When it's past the check in time, only then she sent a guy to attend to us. Although he (Romain) is nice and really helpful and polite, the doubt and anxiety were there already.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación.

Lo que no me gustó es que nos hospedábamos 5 personas y no habían vasos suficientes para todos, solo 1 rollo de papel de WC. Toallas nos dejaron solo 4 cuando éramos 5. La ducha no funcionaba, no salía presión. El lavavajillas tampoco funciona. Cuando escribí para decirle que no habían suministros para todos, me dijo que no lo sabía pero en ningún momento se ofreció a dar una solución. Tampoco me gustó el trato de ella. Le preguntamos si podíamos entrar a las 11h ya que el check in era a las 15h y no nos contestó. Entonces intuimos que teníamos que entrar a las 15h pues empezó a escribirme a las 11:30h que donde estábamos que tenía que irse al Tenis con sus hijos y que tenía prisa para darnos las llaves, cuando teníamos hasta las 15h para entrar ya que veníamos de Bcn y no paro de enviarme mensajes metiéndome prisa porque ella tenía que llevar a sus hijos a tenis. Fue bastante insistente y eso no me gustó. No volvería solo por el trato que nos dio y que faltaban toallas, papel del WC, vasos y los pocos utensilios de cocina que habían estaban muy sucios. Tampoco pudimos lavarlos porque en vez de dejarnos producto para fregar nos dejó gel del cuerpo… todo un show
