Luxury Penthouse 407sqm Beachfront and private pool

This was one of the best stays we have ever had. The owner is from Switzerland, and you can really feel the high European standard of service in every detail. Everything is organized with care, respect and real understanding of what comfort means. We were provided with a free transfer to the penthouse and free transfer from it. During our stay, there is also a driver available who can take you anywhere around Phuket and pick you up — very convenient and for a reasonable price. There is a housekeeper working until 5 PM every day. She not only cleans perfectly, but can also help with laundry and even play with a child — all of this is included in the price. This is a level of service you rarely see. There is a complimentary drinks bar with a very good selection: 12-year-old whisky, Don Julio tequila and many other quality drinks. Everything is included as long as you use it in a respectful, reasonable way. The penthouse itself is modern, stylish and very comfortable. Great Wi-Fi allows you to cast to the TV and connect smart devices easily. There is also a JBL speaker, so you can listen to your own music — a very nice touch. The apartment hotel has its own restaurant where breakfast is served. The breakfast selection is at a true 5-star hotel level. There is direct access to the sea with the possibility to book sunbeds. On the roof there is a private pool. It is not deep, which makes it very safe and comfortable for a child. We were welcomed with a big basket of fruits — we were eating it for two days and still couldn’t finish it with three people. Honestly, it is hard to even imagine better service than this. Everything is done with heart, attention and real care for guests. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone who values comfort, quality and true hospitality.

The only “problem” with this place is that there is nothing to complain about. We honestly tried to find at least one small minus — and couldn’t.
