I like the cleanliness and the apartment looks elegant and modern - it’s very good stay for a family.

I’m dealing with Booking.com since many years and its the first time the host required me to sign a separate contract. In principle, I had no issue with that, but it should have been handled in a much more professional way, which unfortunately was not the case. The contract itself did not feel professional, especially since there was no proper closure process. I checked out without signing any departure or handover document. In addition, the contract included a clause stating that all apartment belongings were protected and referred to an annex listing those items. I specifically asked for that annex, but I never received or saw it. This meant I was asked to sign for contents that were unknown to me, which I did not like at all. I hope they reconsider the way they handle the contract and its attachments in the future.

The property was very spacious and very clean, which is very important for me. The service by the manager Belal was amazing. Honestly, the best I have ever had. I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this hotel and could not be more satisfied. I absolutely loved the spacious living room area. The sofas were extremely comfortable for my kids to lounge on, as were the beds in the bedrooms. I had really good sleep the whole time I was there which was 11 nights. Comfort and good quality sleep was extremely important because we were there for a wedding. I have travelled to many countries, but this is by far the most comfortable, well managed, well maintained hotel that I have stayed at I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a great overall experience.
