Трохи шумно (через сусідів на сходовій клітці), не зручний матрас

La lavadora no funcionaba, la calefacción no lograba calefaccionar bien

Good area, clean and modern.

Bed not much bigger than King Single. We didn’t get pillows, just cushions, see pic. Tried to contact property owner as soon as we arrived to have some pillows delivered but after 2 days of not hearing back from them I contacted Booking.com and they tried to get in touch with but to no avail. Could not lock front door, I also contacted them about this but no response. Finally worked it out but they could have left instructions. Washing machine is impossible to work out. We tried 3 times but it would not spin them so we just drip dried our clothes, this took 2 days to dry. Only got 1 towel each for a 6 night stay. Ridiculous- had to dry and reuse as my cushion protector as I wasn’t sleeping directly on a cushion. Unit had a stale smell, may be cigarette smoke or just musty. UPDATE: they called me and said they were the pillows in the pictures but as you can see from my pics, they are not. She told us to use cushions off sofa, which when I asked, only get washed every 2 weeks. She then offered to bring 2 pillowcases and more towels. They also refunded the cleaning fee which was €60. Still doesn’t make up for the pillow situation. Very very bad management. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.
