Exceptionally clean. The owner was a gentleman and went out of his way to provide every assistance to my family. Exceptional hospitality. I would recommend 100%.

One toilet was a bit small.

It's our second time, first 2 nights were perfect, i v choosen for the return of our journey too. It is very comfortable stiff huge bed, cozy and eye relaxing colour themes all around. İt's a building you come in only shoes off, feels very safe and clean. Considerably silent rooms, very nice for resting. Android tv, hangers everything is in place, and you can get 'tidy room, clean up room' new set of everything as a hotel. Everything about Ayyutaya happens around walking distance.

Bathrooms are very small, one of the smallest i came across ever. Facilities very new but everything is in a 50cm to 2 meters holding area. Sometimes its a little smelly around, but at that times i think all of the area/neighborhood gets it. But we lived through it so i guess it takes mentioning.

窓が一切ない。私が宿泊した部屋は、ラックの木の棒が折れて修理した形跡があったけど、修繕していなかったのでその部屋に当たると、自己責任は不要だということを記録しておくとか、気を付けた方がいい。机は、細長くて幅がないので、デスクワークはちょっとしずらいかも。シャワーは、日本の湯沸かし器の小型版が上部に備え付けられている感じ。なかなかアイデアだなー、とは思った。まったく一般のシャワーと変わらない使用感です。トイレ、洗面、シャワーエリア、と、一つのスペースに縦長に配置されている。あまりスペースがない洗面台に向かってドアをそちら側にpushする仕様なので、中には入りにくい。シャワーエリアと洗面台の境が無いに等しいので、床は水浸しになりがちです。また、私が宿泊した部屋の洗面台は、配管あたりから水漏れがしていたので、使用直後から水漏れがします。スリッパを借りますが、それで部屋中を歩かないようにした方がいいので、バスマットを常に使用しないと後々が大変だと思います。部屋には、怪しいランプがありますが、敢えてお伝えしておきます、今のところは、怪しいことに巻き込まれるということはなさそうです。一室を借りる感じなので、プライベートは自由です。いつでも、出入り自由です。ロービー玄関横に、カフェがあります。朝、そこにも誰もいなかった。仕方がなかったので、カギをデスクにおいて自動ロックの玄関ドアを出た。不用心なので、対策を望みます。カギ問題は、全世界で時事的話題です。
