Die Villa ist schön renoviert und das EG ist sehr ansprechend. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr, Haushaltsgeräte und Möblierung ist top. Sehr schön ist der gasbetriebene Kamin, der eine super Atmosphäre verbreitet. Die Lage ist ruhig und es sind nur 15 Minuten zur Strandpromenade. Privater Stellplatz für ein Auto ist vorhanden.
Die Reinigung erfolgte scheinbar nur oberflächlich. Die Bäder sind ausreichend, wobei der Zugang zu einem Bad im OG für kräftigere bzw. lebensältere Menschen kritisch ist. Sehr enge Zugangstür, keine Kopffreiheit und hohe Stufen. Größtes Manko war, dass die Bäder scheinbar nur über eine 15minütige Zeitschaltuhr beheizt werden konnten und sehr kalt waren.

Mooi huisje…niet verzorgd!
Overal spinnenwebben, tuin niet onderhouden…toen we daar waren stond ineens een tuinfirma daar om het onkruid te wieden…sauna zonder hout… Zelf kinderbedje moeten installeren, zelf lakens moeten leggen ondanks huur extra betaald… prijs kwaliteit is ondermaats voor dat geld!
