Los Almendros nº5 MENYBER

The apartment is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large terrace with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary household appliances and electronics, and there is air conditioning in every room. The furniture is new, everything is in good condition and well maintained. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos and description.

1. The description does not mention that the building is located quite high up on a hill. Because of this, it is rather difficult to reach the apartment on foot from the seaside, especially on the way uphill. Therefore, it may not be the best option for elderly people or families with small children or strollers. 2. There is a grill on the terrace, but unfortunately, there are no necessary accessories for using it, such as a grill brush, tongs, a spatula, or tools for handling charcoal. It would be great if a basic set of grill utensils were also provided. 3. We were not given sufficiently clear information about how to collect the keys. The message only mentioned the bus station as the key collection point, without any detailed explanation of exactly where or how to pick them up. As a result, we lost around two hours trying to find the location and figure out the details. It would have been much better to provide clear instructions for collecting the keys in advance.

Het appartement was schoon, ruim, modern, van alle gemakken voorzien, met goede bedden. Het balkon/terras was groot en bood een mooi uitzicht. Slechts 10 minuten wandelen naar Burriana strand en naar supermarkt Mercadona.

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen. Je moet wel trappen kunnen lopen (daar zijn er veel van) , je moet een beetje geluk hebben dat de buren geen overlast veroorzaken (verderop was te horen dat ze dat geluk daar niet hadden). Verder gebruikt beheerder Menyber de Renterus-app. Die vraagt erg veel registratie info ( waarschijnlijk door Spaanse wetgeving). Verder deed bij het inleveren van de sleutel de app het niet, nodig om het kluisje te openen. Daardoor moesten we omrijden naar een inleverpunt.

Amazing location and view, beautiful apartment. The terrace was amazing, the supermarkets were near, just like the beach and good restaurants. The kitchen was really well equipped, so we could cook a lot - the terrace was amazing for dining. The apartment looks as nice as the photos and its surrounding area is very romantic.

It looked like the cleaning was not finished. There were no toilet papers in the apartment, the floor was a little dirty, we also find some hair on the bed sheets as well and dust on the furnitures. One morning a large cockroach was next to our bed, which was a little frightening.

Nice view from the balcony, with relevant furniture and a bbq spot available, pleasant space to spent time in a sunny day. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning available that we did not really need this time in May, but looks fully equipped for the extremely hot weeks of the year! Nice lights in all rooms and a perfectly lit mirror in the bathroom. Plenty of room for storage, spacious and comfortable rooms. A few minutes walk from the nearest beach and local shops.

We were not informed where to collect the keys, although we messaged our exact arrival time and updated the host that we will be 15' late. Arriving at the property, we realised we had to go to the other side of town to collect keys from a hotel. We could have done without that trip after a long day. 3 adults and a child in my group, towels for 3. One and a half roll of toilet paper (5 day stay), 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine tablet; don't mind going to the supermarket 5' away, but does not feel like a welcome pack, maybe skip it or support it properly. Little details one can say, but makes the experience a bit faceless and cold. Looks like the neighbourhood (possibly the town) suffers from high numbers of cockroaches, seen quite a lot in the surrounding gardens/ stairs, so maybe a good idea to keep windows closed as appropriate. None in the flat, which is a good thing!
