Perfect Location, Everything you need in a small place, save place

The room has no sofa, so the sitting spaces are a bit limited to the bed, one office chair and one chair on the balcony. For me personally it was still enough and very nice.

good location, not far from downtown but much quite. Carriefour and Safaricom nearby. very good city view from balcony. good ventilation, security at the reception floor, provides me a midnight check-in and very safe. the owner Miss Patricia very helpful and feedback very fast via whatsapp. and the price is very competitive. 位置很好，楼层高，视野好。通风采光都不错。离市中心不远，离铁路博物馆很近，附近就有家乐福超市和SAFARICOM的门店，周边很安静。 房间设施齐全，床睡着很舒服。楼下有保安值班，如果很晚到保安会帮你办入住。房东女士很好，回复信息很快。而且他们价的性价比超高

I liked the location; it's close to most of the places I wanted to visit. Also, there are lots of shops around to walk into and get things you'll need, so you can't really be stranded if you're sociable.

I wasn't informed that I needed to drop off the keys if I wanted housekeeping services. Since I was working during my stay, I only received house cleaning once. There was also an electrical surge on my third night that damaged the restroom light. The light was not fixed before I checked out. Additionally, there was an occasion when the electricity went out for about five hours before I received a response, and the issue was resolved. Without electricity, there was also no internet access or hot water, so I couldn't do much except wait. Lastly, I learned that "hot shower" and "water heater" are not the same thing. The hot water supply was only available for the shower and not for the other water outlets. This was my first time encountering such a setup. I also discovered that the shower tap needed to be opened slightly in a specific way to get hot water; otherwise, only regular or cold water would come out.
