Sie war mit dem Auto nur für waghalsige Fahrer zu erreichen. Sie war halt im zweiten Stock mit einer tollen Aussicht aber einem sehr engen Treppenhaus.

This location will make you fall in love with Porto. A 15 minute walk will get you into the heart of the city with a beautiful view the entire way. There are local parks such as Jardim do Roseira that overlook the river near the house that is enchanting. INCREDIBLE VIEWS, must see especially since it is so near. The private patio is divine with so much space and the most spectatular view of the river and overlooking houses. The house appears just like the photos. Shower is spacious inside, bed was comfortable, a modern TV, and also the dishwasher and washing machine were great and easy to use. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine and cookies which was a very welcome touch.

The service from "LovelyStay" was abysmal. We noticed when the air conditioner was on for more than 30 minutes it would leak water onto the floor at a rather rapid rate (2-3 drops per second). We notified the agency on both booking and their personal whatsapp on the first day we stayed and it was never fixed. I messaged them each day and on day 3 they ignored both of my messages and on day 4 (friday) they confirmed with me they were sending someone "today." Not only did they not send anyone, they didn't even notify that plans were changed. No updates on the air conditioning for the rest of the stay. We stayed 7 nights and after notifying an issue on day 1 and not having it fixed or even communicating is downright unacceptable. The house had multiple spiders in corners around the home with cobwebs which just means they hadn't cleaned in a little while or if they did they did not do the best job. The patio could definitely use a powerwash as it is pretty filthy. I felt there weren't enough things for the dishwasher / washing machine / dishsoap and trashbags. There were only 2 of each with very minimal dishsoap. We had to buy all of these things to complete our 7 night stay. Not the worst situation but something to keep in mind.
