Beautiful open space with gorgeous mountain views. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Convenient to attractions we were visiting (Santa’s Village). Extremely reasonably priced.
Everything was fine for us. One bathroom can be a challenge for larger groups but was not an issue for us. The open stairs leading up may be a concern for some guests. We put a bench in front of the opening and left the stairs light on in the event someone woke up at night and was disoriented in unfamiliar surroundings. None of these were issues for us.

We stayed in January after a major snowstorm, and immensely enjoyed the cast-iron fireplace and the views of the snowy mountains. Firewood is provided! The loft has lots of space and seating, blankets and cushions, and even binoculars to watch wildlife. The host was onsite when we arrived to greet us. Outside temperature was way below zero the weekend we stayed, so we had to keep the fireplace going all time. Grab an extra sweater and a pair of slippers if you are visiting NH in -15°F!
