We were pleased with everything !

We stayed in January after a major snowstorm, and immensely enjoyed the cast-iron fireplace and the views of the snowy mountains. Firewood is provided! The loft has lots of space and seating, blankets and cushions, and even binoculars to watch wildlife. The host was onsite when we arrived to greet us. Outside temperature was way below zero the weekend we stayed, so we had to keep the fireplace going all time. Grab an extra sweater and a pair of slippers if you are visiting NH in -15°F!

The barn was super clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. The fireplace was a bonus. Washer and dryer came in handy with the kids. Property was only 10 minutes away from Santa village

The property is spectacular. Was able to meet the farm animals. Host very welcoming and generous with farm products.
Not property doing but GPS in area was inaccurate and had trouble finding place.
