Bed/pillows, washing machine, shower, towels, sofa and apartment overall.
Acoustic isolation lacks considering that the street is very busy all night long with screams and other noises. Only very heavy sleepers might be able to ignore them.
Also, some tiles near the bedroom door are not correctly glued to the floor, and make a loud noise when stepped on, which might be a problem specially for couples.
Also, Booking.com is terrible for communicating with the owner, and made the key pick-up/drop-off more complicated than it would normally be.

Very central location. AC, Washer, Smart TV, Internet, everything works well. The host is responsive and the apartment is clean and comfortable.
The apartment is a bit dark apart from the bedroom, but all apartments in the old town are probably like that.
