Casa Sempere

I had such a wonderful stay here and would wholeheartedly recommend this flat to anyone visiting Elche! I stayed for a week and really felt at home. The location is excellent - around a 15-minute walk to Altamira and the Basilica, with a Mercadona literally downstairs, which was incredibly convenient. The main bus station is also only about a 20-minute walk away, making it really easy to take day trips to Alicante, Altea and other places. Getting here from Alicante Airport was straightforward too, as you can take the R10 or R11 bus and get off close to the flat. I also felt very safe in the area. I stayed during the Elche celebrations and walked back to the flat at around midnight without any concerns. The flat itself is spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and the air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver in the August heat! I also had the pleasure of meeting Sandra, who is such a lovely host. She made me feel genuinely welcome and at home and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic week here. Great location, comfortable and clean flat, excellent transport connections and a wonderful host. I would wholeheartedly recommend it and would happily stay again! ❤️ Thank you.

Accueil comme prévu Très grosse surprise en entrant dans cet appartement par la qualité du lieu nous n’osons pas nous servir de tout ce qui est à notre disposition car seulement 2 nuits literie exceptionnelle enfin tout est pensé pour se sentir mieux que chez moi Félicitation aux personnes dédiées aux nettoyage. J’ai du changé de logement dans la même ville mais rien à voir…. Très bonne communication avec Sandra que nous n’avons pas rencontré mais qui est à l’écoute. Tout est pensé pour un court ou long séjour . Encore merci évidemment je recommande

Beautiful big apartment close to the city center, all within walking distance. We arrived by car on Saturday and parked on the street parking, very close to the apartment. It has three bedrooms, which is a major advantage for families or groups. The apartment is extremely clean and very well equipped. There was a bit of noise from the apartment above, but it didn’t bother us.
