Die Lage war zentral und schön am Stadtpark (der leider sehr vermüllt ist).
Durch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist es leider auch ein bisschen laut

Die Unterkunft war geheizt was bei den Temperaturen echt gut war da wir erst abends angereist sind. Es war alles da was man braucht.
Am nächsten Morgen haben wir festgestellt das das Waschbecken undicht ist. Kann passieren blöd war das der Vermieter nicht zu erreichen war und er trotz unserer Nachricht auf der Mailbox nicht zurückgerufen hat. Klar es war weihnachten aber wenn ich zu diesem Zeitraum vermiete muss ich auch erreichbar sein. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten repariert werden. Die Türklinken sollten fest gemacht werden. An der Balkontüre ist außen der Griff abgebrochen.
