The flat is very sober, safe and simple. I enjoyed the space and the flat is very luminous. It is also close to everything you need, even clubs and bars. The subway is at a minute distance walk. The area is super safe. There's a very kind and nice person (Don Carlos) that is always around in the building. This is a big plus, if you need any information, you can ask. He also checks that nobody foreign tobthe building enters in it if they aren't authorized, this is good. The pictures are good. They are realistic (except the balcony picture where the angle is properly taken - don't expect to enjoy the balcony as it is extremely noisy and air polluted). The owner is very honest and answers super fast to communication. 💻 Wi-Fi is good quality if you need to do home office. The flat is easy to clean if you stay long (I stayed 12 days in it). The flat has two ventilators (one very good and one super small), no air conditioning (ecofriendly). 💚

Huge negative point: the flat is extremely noisy! 🔊 There's like 4 nightclubs working from 11am to 04:30am (nearly 24h). You must have good quality earplugs to sleep, and that is even not enough. The windows are simple layers, so when you close them, it's like you are in a nightclub all day long. It explains the price of the flat. If you are sensitive to noise, be aware of it (I am usually not sensitive to noise, very tolerant but went over my expectations...). There's no washing machine either, but there's laundromat at 10 minute walks. Kitchen set is a bit simple and saucepans are a bit old. Just need proper saucepans and frying pans.

LA ZONA ES TREMENDAMENTE RUIDOSA POR LAS NOCHES. HASTA LAS 4 am La luz de dormitorios hay que mejorarla.
