Stovetop and small fridge so you can prepare food. There is also an outside grill on the other side by the pool. Super convenient and saves money. Publix is close or you can walk to restaurants downtown Lauderdale by the sea. Great area

AMAZING location! Literally steps to the beach and everything downtown. Place was exceptionally clean, including the room and the pool areas.
The walls are extremely thin, you can hear pretty much everything around you. We also didn’t like that there was no ice machine or small freezer in the room. Communal Laundry Room was filthy, could not use it.

Locatie en kamer was meer dan uitstekend. Het bed in de unit was echt voortreffelijk
De filters van de airco waren zeer vies en zeer slecht voor de gezondheid en hebben we zelf gereinigd. Management beweert deze elke maand te vervangen maar gezien de hoeveelheid vuil en stof is dat echt niet het geval.
Daarnaast zijn de units heel erg gehorig en hebben we erg veel last gehad van de bovenburen.

The property was very nice and comfortable and location was outstanding. Walking distance to a lot of the hotspots in lauderdale, by the sea. Very clean and host in world class in responses to anything needed.
By no means, is this a reflection of the host, but the noise proofing is awful. You hear everything, fyi. So my advise is to download a white noise app on your phone and play while you sleep.
