- excelente localização próximo ao centro - pousada de frente para o mar - estacionamento próprio fechado - churrasqueira - torneira para tirar areia disponível. - quarto com ar-condicionado funcional
- instalações muito precárias - fogão de 4 bocas só funcionava duas. - televisão não funcionava (mas também não fez falta). - porta do banheiro se desmanchando por cupim. - área da churrasqueira completamente abandonada,caindo aos pedaços com várias gambiarras e bancos quebrados. - todo o local com aparência de estar muito tempo sem manutenção visando somente lucro sem investimento.
