I liked the hotel’s location – it’s nicely situated in the Kota Damansara area in Petaling Jaya. Another plus for the hotel is the hot water and the generally good cleanliness of the bathroom. I think these are the only main advantages.

There were several things I didn’t like. On Booking.com the hotel offers rooms without clearly stating that some of them have no windows. I have to admit that a windowless room is really unpleasant, and if I had known, I would never have chosen it. The service was also disappointing. After two days I asked to change my room, but the staff initially refused. I stayed for about 7 nights, and when I finally got a room with a window, the staff stopped greeting me altogether—even though I always greeted them. It felt as if they were upset with me just because I wanted a room with a window, which was quite uncomfortable and unpleasant. The beds are extremely hard—there’s really no flexibility here, the mattress is just very firm. Cleanliness could also be improved. The bedsheets had hair on them and sometimes stains. As for the towels, I received one normal towel and one that looked more like a torn rag, which definitely didn’t leave a positive impression. Overall, I think that for this price you can find much better accommodation in terms of value for money. If you really have to stay here, it’s okay, but if you have a choice—I wouldn’t recommend it.
