It was a hidden gem in Islamabad really nice outlook and everything was to good standards The staff were friendly especially Saleem who felt with us when we arrived and made us comfortable and at ease as we arrived later than schedule but they made sure all was ready for us .

I believe the room Service could have been better and faster

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout and superb location central to all facilities and main malls and shops.

Parking was limited to just 6 cars at a time so had to park on main street a few times but the security guard was present outside the gate 24 hours so the car was safe

Absolutely every front wheel location too the exceptional rooms amazing decor. Service. Hospitable staff. Customer service excellent. Loved it definitely one in a million.

Overall it was a good stay and if they can improve in a couple of areas, i would stay there again. The room layout and the look of the room was nice. AC worked fine. Staff were very helpful. The location was excellent. They have a nice pool table and a separate cinema type area which would be nice if you were spending time in the hotel.

Breakfast was poor and not very hospitable. Ie no juices for breakfast, additional items had to be paid for. Everyone has to choose the same option, i.e. all have option 1 or all have option 2, It was very basic and on the tight side. The bathroom was clean but could do with an uplift. The shower had very little pressure. The room was clean, but they needed to clean under the beds, too. Small improvements like the above will go a long way and could then be considered to be 10/10 but not on this occasion.
