Cet établissement est parfait pour qui a simplement besoin d'un lit à la fin d'une journée de randonnée, de vélo, de parapente, ou toute autre activité de plein air. Le cadre est superbe, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Le personnel est très accueillant, l'ambiance est proche de l'auberge de jeunesse, et le bâtiment rappelle nostalgiquement les établissements collectifs des années 60.
Par contre, soyez conscients que ce n'est pas pour tout le monde : ne vous attendez pas au confort relaxant d'un hôtel, car ici on est plus proche du dortoir de colonie de vacances.

Les locaux auraient besoin d un bon rafraîchissement, le meubles de chambre à besoin d être changer. Les bois de lit également.Salle de bain étroite mais très propre.

Le site, avec très belle vue sur lac d'Annecy. Le fait d'être au calme, à l'écart d'une agglomération. La gentillesse du personnel de service.
Site assez désuet qui n'a pas été rénové depuis longtemps. Literie moyenne, avec des planches de contreplaqué en guise de sommier. Espace salle de bain/toilettes réduit au minimum (cabine). Equipement chambre réduit au minimum.
