Propreté et modernité de l’appartement. La climatisation du salon et de la chambre parentale Le lave linge et sèche linge et lave vaisselle , la super salle de bain. La cuisine ouverte sur le salon est très agréable. Le système d’ouverture des fenêtres qui permet d’aérer l’appartement la journée et la nuit sans soucis .

On a dû contacter l’hôte 2 fois car il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude mais il a été très réactif et a réinitialiser le système ce qui nous a permis d’avoir de l’eau chaude assez rapidement malgré tout . L’absence de climatisation dans la chambres des enfants . Le bruit des avions de 5h à 00h est quand même très présent et donne un environnement sonore assez fatiguant même si on s’y habitue. La literie dans la chambre des enfants est juste passable.

O apartamento é novo e a garagem é um diferencial muito importante.

O Ar condicionado funciona, mas um dos quartos não tem e os que existem são subdimensionados para a área do apartamento e nos dias mais quentes demoram para deixar o apartamento frio.

Very clean with excellent amenities and facilities. It is very close to the airport (15-20mins). You can hear the planes over head but you get used to it and we couldn't really notice the sound after a couple of nights. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a bit out of the city but 20 minutes walk into the centre and ubers are easy to come by. The host was very responsive for example our lights went out in the main hallway of the apartment but it was fixed by maintenance within hours of contacting the host. There were little madeira cakes and oranges for juice left for us on arrival. Excellent apartment. Would definitely book here again when we come back to Lisbon.

We liked everything very much. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the remote control for the smart TV wouldn't work so we couldn't control the TV. We assumed it was batteries so we bought some and replaced them but it didn't work. We also bought a universal remote control (as the kids wanted to see the world Cup matches!) But that also didn't work. We didn't bother contacting the host about it as we were going home soon but we know that if we had contacted him, we are confident he would have fixed it for us.
