het was een nieuwbouw waardoor alles nog tip top in orde was ; blijkbaar echter nog niet veel verhuurd, waardoor niet alle nodige gebruikscomfort aanwezig was
terras/tuin was vuil en er waren geen ligstoelen aanwezig ; badkamer met douche was te klein, badkamer met bad had geen douchemogelijkheid
