Zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt (5 Minuten) und zum Strand (10 Minuten), aber dennoch ruhig. Gut ausgestattete Küche.

Die Bitte, dass man wegen der Geruchsbelästigung der anderen Gäste keine Fischgerichte zubereiten soll. Norderney liegt mitten im Meer. Da will ich natürlich Fisch essen. Und in der Ferienwohnung will ich den selbst zubereiten.

Die Unterkunft bietet eine gute Lage zum Zentrum und ist sehr sauber. Die Möblierung ist modern und zweckmäßig. Die Kitchenette erlaubt es, kleine Gerichte zuzubereiten. Sie war komplett ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Die Mülltrennung ist bei dem vorhandenen System mit nur zwei Abfalleimern etwas mühselig. Und zwei Treppen wollen bewältigt werden. Da zum dritten Stock wohl eine Holzdecke ist, darf man nicht zu empfindlich hinsichtlich Trittschall sein.
