Arrival Experience I would say it was a good effort — someone named Ms. Tay texted me earlier with the property address, some photos, reminders, and a request to send a picture of my IC/driving licence for check-in purposes. She also provided details about our room. Parking was quite convenient, although it had to be shared with other guests on that day. The house was spacious, featuring a large TV, a comfortable sitting area, and a nice kitchen.

Room & Facilities Review Only two pillows were provided, and they were quite hard—not soft at all. For those who are uncomfortable sleeping with firm pillows, I suggest bringing your own extra pillow. Our room had a balcony, but it was very dirty with bird droppings, which made us regret choosing a room with a balcony. During our stay, there were two families with young children. It seemed like the parents weren’t supervising them, and it got quite noisy. But to be fair, this is just part of reality—it's hard to blame the children. The TV in the common area downstairs appeared to be dominated by guests from the two downstairs rooms. So, if you're staying upstairs, it’s likely you won’t get a chance to watch it. The owner should consider providing a TV in each room to be fair, especially since the room price already factors in shared amenities. For those using the swimming pool, the stairs were often left wet, which can be dangerous. The owner should take precautions to ensure this is addressed. Lastly, a reminder to check out was sent to us at 8:30 AM. What?? I’ve stayed at many hotels, and I’ve never received a check-out reminder that early—especially not while you're still trying to enjoy the morning of your stay.
