The property is located very close to Shinjuku station and it is very easy to get to other areas of Tokyo from there. The accommodations is as expected for the price of the stay, but average cleanliness and had everything we needed. The room and bathroom is a bit on the smaller side but there is still enough room for two people and luggage. Checking in and out and finding the location were very easy as google maps leads you straight to the correct building and getting the key is contactless.

One downside was the water in the bathroom having very poor temperature control. Be careful when adjusting the hot water as the water can become boiling hot very quickly and burn. The walls are also very thin and we were able to hear neighbors easily, but thankfully this was not an issue at night.

Super localisation. Très pratique et proche de tout. Le métro est à 10 minutes à pied. En plein cœur de Shinjuku sans avoir les désagréments de ce quartier. Pas de bruit, bien que dans Kabukicho! L’appartement (avec lits jumeaux) est bien équipé et est propre. Il y a une laverie dans l’immeuble et plein de petits restaurants et konbinis à côté! Bien que je n’ai jamais vu l’hôte, la communication était excellente ! Je recommande +++
