Bel appartement, fonctionnel, proche des commerces de base et du métro .
Le positionnement du micro- onde, trop haut et dangereux . Bémol la benne d'ordures de gros travaux devant la porte d'entrée.

Conveniently located to the metro.
Minor construction next door. A large dumpster was right outside our doorway. This wasn't the fault of the renter, but an unfortunate coincidence.

L'apartament es troba a menys de 20 metres de l'entrada del metro de la línia 1, de forma que és ràpid arribar al centre i a gairebé qualsevol punt de Madrid. La zona està plena de comerços i de restaurants. Les instal·lacions del pis són bones i la pantalla de televisor és molt gran.
L'apartament són uns baixos que no tenen cap mena de finestra, de manera que és una mica claustrofòbic i té poca ventilació. Els graons que hi ha entre els tres espais són alts i poden arribar a ser perillosos. Falta algun aparell més a la cuina (alguna olla, per exemple) i no estaria malament deixar alguns subministraments bàsics, com sal, oli, sucre...
