Very clean and relatively spacious apartment, with adequate facilities | seems like recently renovated. The property is within a nice building, at a nice and safe neighborhood and at a convenient location. Excellent value for money. When we communicating via text messaging/WhatsApp with the owner for guidance on how to access the property (upon our arrival), the owner responded promptly and patiently with instructions for helping us understand.

We had some difficulty with the automated process for check-in and with understanding how to access the property. When we called the phone number mentioned at booking.com, there was no answer. Water heating seems to be controlled by a timer, preventing production of new hot water at certain periods of the day.

Apartamento é espaçoso para acomodar três pessoas, em edifício residencial bem construído, preservado e seguro, ótima mobília e cozinha bem equipada. Estação de metrô não muito distante.

Algumas ocorrências negativas no período de minha hospedagem: 1) O check-in foi uma maratona, com solicitações de muitas providências injustificáveis, tudo virtualmente, sendo exigido entrar em um site após outro, copias de passaportes, fotos dos hóspedes etc.,  enquanto permanecíamos sem poder acessar sequer à portaria do edifício. 2) Ninguém compareceu ao local para nos receber e facilitar o check-in, apesar de termos informado antecipadamente o horário de chegada, o que foi ignorado pelo proprietário. 3) O acesso ao condomínio é virtual e como o proprietário não fornece "TAG", necessitamos de internete e telefone celular com bateria carregada sempre que for acessar. 4) Finalmente, no dia anterior ao checkout, faltou água quente após 22h00 horas e tive que tomar banho frio à noite.
