Zentrale Lage in Plymouth. Viele Attraktionen (The Hoe, Aquarium, Barbican, Royal William Yard und Shopping) sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung (vollwertige Küche, Waschmaschine, Besen, Staubsauger, Fön, etc.). Schöne Aussicht über die Stadt bis zum Meer vom Balkon bzw. dem Zugang zur Wohnung. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Kleines aber funktionales Bad mit Duschwanne. Geräumiges Wohnesszimmer mit angeschlossener Küche.

Der Aufzug im Haus war leider außer Betrieb.

Loved the balcony and view. Property itself was very clean perfect for group of 5.

To be totally honest there was only 1 flaw at that was the lift wasn’t functioning. Be prepared for a very long walk up the stairs.

Spacious Kitchen well equipped - everything you needed, including washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc coffee and tea left there which was good. Clean linen Soap in the bathroom

Lift was not working so 4 flights of stairs to get up, long way! The lift has been out of action for 2 years, not a recent thing. If you include the car park it was even more. Lots of doors to get through with different keys, not easy. Long walk from the car park to actual apartment Area not great. Very unsavoury characters near by. They were there all day and all night, I am guessing a housing unit of sorts. Very hot, no fans. Patio door to the balcony was very difficult to open so had to get telephone help. Which meant could not always use the balcony with ease. Very strict check in and check out times with no movement unless want to pay more. It was ok, paid a lot of money for it, think we could have done so much better.
