Sea Apartments Sivota

Perfect location. Walking distance from several beaches or few minutes by car and just few steps from the very center full of shops, tavernas and entertainment. Downstairs there is the bakery with coffeeshop. Two big parkings are nearby and special parking places for the guests in front of the gate. Exceptional cleanness. Housekeeper Natalia does her best. She took out the garbage and washed the floors in the apartment every day! There are mosquitoes in the area but every!!! door and window has a mosquito net plus anti mosquitos repellents in the apartment. The central AC system cools the apartment very fast. The apartment is fully equipped. The table and chairs are on balcony, the chairs and the dryer with clippers!!! are on the other balcony. It's the first place ever where we found enough tables, chairs, shelves and hooks. Spacious rooms and surprisingly spacious bathroom.

The central AC system can be a disadvantage as well. Sometimes it's more comfortable to have separate ACs.

Apartament încăpător format din dormitor cu pat mare, un living mare cu doua paturi de o persoană și bucătărie dotată cu tot ce trebuie, baie, un balcon spațios cu vedere la strada principală și ieșire într-o terasă comună. AC. Tv.ul- nu a funcționat 🥴. Amplasat in centru, aproape de restaurante, marketuri, magazine. Eu nefiind adeptul statului in centru😁, aș fi preferat o priveliște către plajă sau munte (Sivota având parte de ambele). Acces cu mașina(1-3 km) la câteva plaje superbe, precum și insula Mourtemeno-plaja Bella Vraka (la 1.5 km, se ajunge pe insula...pe jos, traversând o apă adâncă de 60-80 cm). O locație frumoasă, la un preț corect. O recomand cu plăcere!!!

There was easily accessible free parking, close to the center of Sivota, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning cooled well, the woman who took care of the apartment cleaned it every day and took out the trash.

I recommend that the owners, if they want to charge such amounts for a stay, invest a little and offer value for money. There was no terrace, but only two chairs on a corridor path without shade. There was no wi-fi at all. The utensils in the kitchenette were not enough (there was one broken knife, two worn-out forks and spoons, there was a scratched and worn-out Teflon pan) that you would be sick of eating with such utensils. When we asked for a deep bowl for oatmeal, we were told that they apologized but could not bring us one. So we pay about 110 euros per day, and they could not bring us one deep plastic bowl. The shower doors were coming off, the shower was too narrow and full of scale. The refrigerator was noisy. The kitchenette did not have the basics, there was not even a bit of salt or sugar. The room had no view, it had a frosted round window without soundproofing, and at night there was a lot of noise from the street. There were no comfortable pillows, and the two that were there were low and used, and they made my neck hurt. I recommend that the owners change the cutlery to better quality and new ones, because people come to you who want to have a decent bite in the morning with normal cutlery, not with filthy, worn-out cutlery.
