Kentrikon 1924 Boutique Hotel, Old Town

The receptionist kept the restaurant and bar open late for us. The food was excellent. It is a very pretty setting. The location is excellent.

Great location with many Cafe's and Eating Places near by .Staff were very efficient and very friendly. They gladly helped by carrying our luggage to the room. Room was on floor one accessed by steep winding staircase so not suitable to anyone with significant mobility issues. Room was adequate in size. As we stayed for a week we were offered a free upgrade by the Hotel before we set off but could not accept as although the room would have been better as it had a settee we would not have been able to access the bed which was raised above the living area and only accessible by a steep winding internal staircase. Slightly unusual was the fact that the washbasin was not in the same area as the toilet and shower so basically it was in the main bedroom area and not private. As we were a couple it was not a particular issue with us. Breakfast was overall very good, particularly the hot options. There was also a good selection of fruit, cheeses ,meats etc. Some of the pastries were a little dry / stale but there was plenty of choice. We used the adjoining Restaurant several times for our evening meal and the food was good and reasonably priced. Nothing that the Hotel could do about it but just along the pedestrian area was a bar which played extremely loud music until around midnight every night which was very audible in our room. Overall a very friendly well positioned Hotel.

Wash basin in main bedroom area. Loud Music from Wine Bar (not Hotels fault) Bed sheet was not wide enough for bed. Nothing else.

Beautiful building, a lot has gone into its decor, it is very clean, tidy the rooms are exceptional and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and polite. On arrival the receptionist was wonderful made us feel very welcome. Thank you all.

Very good location just is in the old town close to market. But only accessible by walking if taxi you have to walk out on the main road. Hotel room pretty small but quite tight space, yet all facility is ok. B’fast is ok in quality but nice at courtyard with natural surroundings. Bonus! Service is general ok but a waitress serve at restaurant always with longface not sure it comes with standard?! Reception is very helpful! One more thing about water if you stay more than 1 night, there is no refill water at your room but need to buy at restaurant. Guess the hotel is prefer 1 night staying rather than more .
