Appartamento nuovissimo e molto pulito, dotato di ogni confort. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia ed al supermercato raggiungibile anche a piedi. Ottimo isolamento acustico e areazione interna eccellente. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.
