Cozy Owl Lodge is a peaceful A-Frame retreat with LAKE RIGHTS, located on a private, secluded driveway. Recently renovated with rustic-modern decor, it offers stunning views through MASSIVE floor-to-ceiling windows, a stacked stone fireplace, and cathedral ceilings. Enjoy two spacious decks with a BBQ grill, & fire pit. Close to hiking, shopping, dining, and skiing. Features include central AC, heat, water softener, filtration, and Level-2 EV charging. Ideal for relaxation and nature lovers!

- Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and Lake Gregory is a public lake. For access to La rowhead and trails, short-term rental guests will require day passes for guests over 17 years old ($10/day).
- Do I need snow tire chains to get to Lake Arrowhead?
During the winter months, carrying chains on you is
almost always required unless your car is a four-
wheel drive. Storms may be unpredictable and
therefore it helps to have them. Additionally, during
the winter months, the CHP may stop you to see if
you have them and ticket you if you don't.
