Built in 2024 in a rustic style, with a sea view, villa Meloldy offers 180 m2 of living space, while the area of the property is an incredible 32,000 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, and optimally 6 people. With prior agreement and upon request, it is possible to accommodate 2 additional people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area where you can prepare and try delicious meals for family and friends. The living room has a sofa and TV, the perfect place to enjoy your favorite movies, and is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI. You will be accommodated in 3 spacious bedrooms: 2 single beds and 2 double beds. Each room has its own en suite bathroom with a shower.
As additional facilities, you can use a washing machine, iron and 1 separate toilet.
The outdoor terrace will delight you because it offers an outdoor pool measuring 50 m2, and you can use 6 sun loungers. There is also a dining table with seating. There is also an outdoor wood or charcoal barbecue at your disposal.
