Beautiful home conveniently located to beach access. Description of walk time to local attractions are acurate! Home was clean. There was a minor fly issue in garage and a few made their way inside (looks like pest control may have had a recent visit to the home which is appreciated). There was also a slight mildew smell in main bath near sinks (tolerable, but not expected).Home came equipped with all the house essentials for a multi-family stay. Furniture and decor are up to date (as shown in pictures), but a golf cart and bikes were also presented in photographs of property and neither were in sight. I emailed property group/manager regarding golf cart and bikes and never received a response. This is why I give communication and description a slightly lower rating. Check-in and check-out was seamless. The two living room areas were perfect for 15 guests. The kids enjoyed the pool area.Overall, we were pleased with the home and would prefer a vrbo property with golf cart, in future.

This house was everything that was advertised and more. Our family of 14 had great family times in the house and at the walk to beach. Mary Ruth was very helpful and available. Our only concern was the temperature of the pool, we were not able to turn the heat up. We would love to stay there again.
