About this house rental
Open the Door to our Cosy Beach House.
Enjoy a special ocean front retreat with gorgeous sunrises over the water, a cozy fire place, and a panoramic ocean view balcony.
Things to do:
· Enjoy coffee, wine, and meals with a beautiful view
· Read or play board games (several popular games are provided)
· Work up a sweat using the rowing machine, yoga mats, and dumbbells provided
· Take a short walk (200 m) to the surf at Middleton point, the Skate Park, or Abbot’s Reserve Playground and Tennis Courts
· Easy and safe access to the Encounter Bikeway
· Stumble to the nearby bottle shop
· Walk to the grocery store, bakery, surf shop, and local cafes (Home Grain, Pipi)
· Five-minute drive or 10-minute bike ride to the award-winning Port Elliot Bakery and De Groot Coffee
· Ten-minute drive to Currency Creek Wine Region and the Victor Harbor Farmers Market
· 25-minute drive to isolated surf beaches at Waitpinga, kite surfing at Sugars, or 4WD on the beach at Goolwa
· 30-minute drive to Willunga Farmers Market, Port Willunga Beach, and the McLaren Vale Wine Region
· 45-minutes to hiking at Deep Creek Conservation Park
· 1 hr, 10 minutes to the Adelaide Airport

Awesome local coffee roaster in Port Elliot. Open 7 days, 8 am - 2 pm.

Delicious Italian-style wood-fired pizza next door to De Groot. Open Fri.-Sun.

Fabulous coffee and great smoothie bowls. Open Wed.-Sun. 8 am - 3 pm.
Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.
