Cozy House with a Hot Tub, Solar Panels in the Stunning Beach area of Boquerón.

I must say the Host is very kind and communicative, which was very nice and welcoming. Her home was very clean and very well organized. Beautiful back yard with hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and serene. You hear beautiful birds singing in the mornings. Very very refreshing. The restaurants and breakfast cafe Boho so so close. Beach is so so close too. The ppl are kind and friendly in town. I enjoyed my stay extremely and will be back definitely. Cabo Rojo was Amazing. Thank you

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen could use more supplies for cooking meals but the bare minimum was there. House in great condition and clean.

Everything was as described, was clean and very comfortable. The beds (very important on vacation!) were firm and comfortable even for a side sleeper. A/C worked well, area was safe and close to everything we needed to get to. All in all, highly recommend.

The property does not have ocean view, and the beach is 14 minutes by driving. Web need to be updatedVery dificult communication with the host, very impersonal and inflexible. Found toilets, and bathrooms floor dirty.Host provided wrong lot, house number. Streets are not identified, miss labels. The stove and oven very dirty, full of grease, needs replacement. Found a cockroach under the coffee maker. Garage door need oil, it sounds awful. Floors are missing traction. Patio ramp and entrance stair need handrails. Unable to use Hot Tub because host wants to charge additional dollar amount for cleaning. Be aware that VRBO charge 16% of service charge. The real accommodation of this property is 5 people. More than 5 people will be uncomfortable. There 3 literal beds, but the first one is very small. Also, there is bed sofa in the first level, but if open, blocks the entrance of main door and reduce greatly the space of the small living room. There are few and cheap pots and pans.
