Beautiful Villa Josipa

Villa Josipa is located in Zaton, a famous tourist destination located near the royal town of Nin, and not far from the city of Zadar, which is definitely worth a visit! It was built in 2018 in a contemporary style, and with its 188 m2 of living space, it offers accommodation for a maximum of 7 people. It is only 600 meters from the nearest sea and beach, which will be an excellent opportunity to explore the depths of the sea with your loved ones and enjoy a full-day swim in the clear Adriatic Sea.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and on the upper floor it has 3 bedrooms: 3 single beds and 2 double beds. Each room also has its own en suite bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and 1 separate toilet.
What will especially delight animal lovers is the fact that pets are allowed in Villa Angelina (maximum 3 dogs for a fee of €10.00 per dog per day).
On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for friends or family, and in the living room you can relax on the couch and enjoy your favorite movies. The dining room has a table with 8 seats, while on the outdoor terrace there is another dining table.
On the outdoor terrace there is also a 35 m2 swimming pool with 6 sun loungers next to it, and there is an outdoor jacuzzi where you can spend romantic evenings with wine or a cocktail. You will be able to prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes using the outdoor charcoal or wood-fired grill.
Villa Josipa is completely fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces.

In Zadar, you will have the opportunity to enjoy historical sights, take photos at the most famous installation ‘Greetings to the Sun’, and walk through the charming streets and drink coffee while enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea. Every year, Biograd na moru prepares a program for its guests that includes a series of performances by cultural and artistic societies, dances, various open-air concerts, fishermen’s festivals, fairs of national products and specialties with tastings.
