We had a great time. The house was perfect for our needs. We had lots of people so the two living areas were a big bonus. The owners were very approachable and caring. That's definitely a plus when renting!

The host was quick to respond to questions. This is a great place for a family, the beds in the bunk room are definitely for kids and not comfortable for adults. The house has everything you need to cook. It is close to the university which was perfect for the Shakespeare festival.

This was the perfect location and perfect house for me and some of my extended family to stay during our annual Shakespeare Festival trip. Beds were great, the kids loved the love sac, and Matthew was awesome to work with on a late checkout. Super easy check in and check out, would definitely stay again!

The place was perfect for our two families, coming to Cedar City to attend plays at the Utah Shakespeare festival. The host accommodated our needs and was rapidly responsive to each and every communication.
