About this property:

House in the immediate vicinity of the Pointe d'Annalouesten and the port of Diben with its pier for the bay of Morlaix and the Ile de Batz.
10 minutes walk (3min by car) from the beach of Port Blanc and less than 20 minutes from the beach of Guerzit (via the GR34 which is nearby, or 4 min by car).
New and peaceful house, very well equipped of 82m², for a relaxing family stay close to the magnificent bay of Morlaix, as well as the beaches of Primel – Tregastel.

The accommodation:

New house with a beautiful living room opening onto a large wooden terrace facing South/West and a garden with trees.
The kitchen is practical, well equipped and will satisfy cooking enthusiasts.

Passenger access:

You have the garden and the whole house. The reception will be done by myself or freely thanks to the key box.

Other notes:

In the immediate vicinity of the GR34.
Market in the centre of Plougasnou on Tuesdays.
Terenez sailing school a few kilometers away.
Nearby activities: diving, hiking, mountain biking, visits to the bay of Morlaix, beaches... (baiedemorlaix.bzh).
