About this house rental
Located in Friedrichsdorf, this awesome house offers 5 bedrooms with a variety of bed sizes to accommodate all guests. With 3 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hairdryer and bathtub, your comfort is guaranteed. The serene atmosphere of the property will make your stay truly wonderful. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
This stylish single-family home was extensively renovated in 2018.
The light-filled ground floor features a large living area, a dining area for up to 12 people, and an open, fully equipped kitchen with an island. There is a built-in coffee machine, a wine fridge, as well as an oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and freezer. Next to the dining area is a covered balcony with lounge furniture and a large WEBER gas grill.
Additional rooms:
On the ground floor – an office and a storage room/closet.
In the basement – a small guest room with a small shower bathroom (Au pair room), a large additional living space with wooden floors (can be used as a guest or children's room, hobby room, etc.), storage room, and a utility room with space for sports equipment or similar. There is also a large laundry room with a deep freezer.
On the 1st mezzanine level, there is a daylight bathroom with a very large shower, a toilet, and a double washbasin.
On the 1st floor, there are 3 small bedrooms that can be used as children's, guest, or workrooms.
The large master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a bay window with many windows (can be used as a reading room, office, etc.), and an interior private bathroom with a bathtub, a larger shower, toilet + bidet, and two washbasins.
Outside, there is a covered terrace with lounge furniture and a large garden. In the carport (with an electric roll-up door), two small cars or an SUV can park. In front of the house, up to two additional cars can park.
