We did not get check in information ahead of our arrival. I texted the owner at 10:30am the day for our stay and got no response. As we drove the beach, I stopped at 3pm (check in was 4pm) and there was no response. I tired to call, but his mailbox was full. He finally sent the check in information after 3:30 and it was incorrect (it listed a unit number that did not exist. He did answer when I called at that time and provided the correct number. If I had been informed ahead of time that we would not get details until the last minute, that would have been fine. But as I have always gotten VRBO check in much earlier than that, I was very stressed!!After arrival, we texted to note that the thermostat was set at 60, but the unit was at 74 degrees and the fan was not running. During our 3 night stay, he never replied and our unit stayed around 74 degrees in the main room, but warmer in the bedrooms.The unit itself as very nice and the location was excellent.
