About this apartment rental
New rental property. Fully renovated apartment of 145m² over 2 floors, capable of accommodating up to 8 people. On the first floor, there is a large living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table for 8 people, a living room with pellet stove, three double bedrooms (one of which is en-suite), another bathroom, a separate WC, and a large balcony with a mountain view. On the second floor, there is a game room (TV, board games, etc.), a large bedroom, and a bathroom with a washing machine, dryer, walk-in shower, and WC.
A large shared garden is also available.
Bed linens are provided, and cleaning is included in the price.
Cot bed and high chair available upon request.
A plancha grill is available to use on the balcony during the summer.
A ski bus stop is located right in front of the building. A bakery is 200 meters away.
Only 3 minutes from Morillon and 5 minutes from Samoëns by car.

WINTER: The apartment is just 5 minutes from the Grand Massif ski area (Morillon, Samoëns, Les Carroz d'Arâches, and Flaine) and 20 minutes from the ski resorts of Les Gets and Morzine. Cross-country skiing is possible at the Col de Joux Plane, Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, and Morillon (depending on snow conditions). Numerous winter hikes are available in the Giffre Valley. Other activities include paragliding, cycling, sledging, and Alta Lumina (a light trail in Les Gets).
SUMMER: Just 200m from the Blue Lake and its family-friendly activities such as tennis, tree climbing, horseback riding, inflatable playground, mini-golf, etc. The Giffre Valley offers a wide range of activities including hiking, mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata, and rafting.
